1. Eligibility for refunds

• Online Courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and only if less than 10% of the course has been completed.
• Mentoring Sessions: Refunds are not available due to the individualised nature of services.
• Consulting & Policy Advisory: Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15-20 days after approval.
